Man’s best successes come after their disappointments.
Henry Ward Beecher
Life is a ferris wheel.
I love this analogy because to me, it’s so true and it makes so much sense.
You never get a rainbow without rain and how would you know the joys of the high if you don’t know the pains of the low?
Success and failure is all a part of life and the only thing that really matters is how we move on after experiencing a failure.
In fact, if you think about it, having failed once only means that you know what doesn’t work, and that in itself is a very valuable piece of information. And there is absolutely no shame in starting again, because you aren’t starting from scratch.
You’re starting with newfound experience.
So don’t be afraid of making mistakes. Everything that you’re not happy with is only pushing you towards greater achievements.
