I know this is difficult. But life doesn’t always go the way we plan it to. Things often take a detour, and what might have been your driving force for the longest time, might suddenly become something that is out of reach.
Whatever the case, I believe that everything happens for a reason. I, too, am learning to trust the process, and I’m not there yet. I still tend to question everything when things don’t go as I planned, but I’m trying to accept things for what they are, and move on from there. So yes, I know all too well that this is not easy.
But then again, is that not what trust is about? It’s about believing in something that is so intangible, something that you cannot see, cannot touch, cannot control. It’s believing that things will work out, even though there is absolutely no indication that that will happen in that moment. It’s holding onto that glimmer of hope, no matter how small.
So yes, this is a hard lesson to learn, and even harder to apply, but I feel it’s one that we all have to learn at some point.
So yes, believe that everything happens for a reason, believe that everyone comes into your life with a purpose. Whether that reason and purpose is positive or negative is something that is really not within our control, but what we can control, is how we respond to it.
