Day 1 | 24 July
I genuinely didn’t feel much today, mainly because I spent all day online zooming with my friends. I didn’t feel particularly alone, but it’s only day 1. We’ll see how the rest of this staycation will go.
Throughout CB, I was always very appreciative of technology and it’s ability to enable me to still ‘see’ my friends despite the distances between us, but now, without the company of my parents and any interactions at all with human beings, I’m so so so much more appreciative of technology.
Today was also Celebration Day, a day when we celebrated the end of a 10-week long journey, and something that you definitely will be hearing more about in an upcoming post haha, so stay tuned for that.
All in all, a pretty good day today:)
